Easy and Convenient Ordering
HOW CAN I ORDER FROM the KÖNIG&LANDL WEBSHOP?
1. Shopping Cart
Select the products you want to order by clicking on the “Shopping Cart” button. This puts your selection in the shopping cart. You can modify your shopping cart, until you send the order, by changing the number of products, deleting products by clicking on the “Delete” checkbox or cancelling the order process. By clicking on the “Checkout” button you get to the next step.
2. Checkout
Please sign in with your email address and password if you already have an account. If not, please register as a new customer. Your data are collected, processed and used in compliance with the data privacy regulations. There is no other usage or transfer to third parties of your data. As soon as you are signed in you can select the shipping option. By clicking on the button “Next” you get to the next step.
3. Confirm Billing Address / Select Payment Option
Check your billing address and select the payment option you prefer. By clicking on the “Next” button you get to the next step.
4. Confirm Delivery Address / Select Shipping Option
Check your delivery address and select the shipping option you prefer. By clicking on the “Next” button you get to the next step.
5. Complete Order Process / GTC and Data Privacy
You see an overview of your order: the selected products, delivery and billing address and your contact data. Check if all data are correct and please read the General Terms and Conditions and the Right of Cancellation diligently. You can only progress in your order if you agree to the GTC and data privacy policy (checkbox). By clicking on the button “Send Order” you send your order to us and enter a legally binding contract.
FAST SHIPPING & QUICK DELIVERY
We appreciate you being interested in our product portfolio. You can pick up your ordered products at our headquarters in 1190 Vienna or choose among the economic shipping options for deliveries within Austria. If you order from outside Austria we are happy to assist you on the phone. We are experienced in deliveries within or outside Europe and cooperate with experienced freight forwarders.
1. Shipping Costs
If your order exceeds € 150.00 plus 20 % VAT (i.e. € 180.00 incl. VAT) we provide free shipping. For orders below that we charge a rate of € 10.- plus 20 % VAT (i.e. € 12.- incl. VAT).
2. Standard Service
If we receive your order on workdays (except for Saturdays) until 13:00 the goods are usually picked and packed on the same day and handed over to a courier service or prepared for our in-house delivery service. The delivery will be therefore made on the next workday (except for Saturdays). If required, you can also use the address of your construction site as the delivery address. We get the goods safely to the required place. In the event that the ordered product is out of stock or if there are supply bottlenecks we will call you promptly.
3. Express Service
Sometimes things are more pressing. In such case you can use our express delivery. We will call you promptly and try a same-day delivery.
4. Insurance
If you wish to insure the goods up to a value of € 3,500.00, we are happy to provide this service as a surcharge. We ship the goods and cover them by insurance and charge the respective costs of € 10.00 plus 20 % VAT (i.e. € 12.00 incl. VAT).

PAYMENT OPTIONS
We provide the following payment options. Just select whatever suits you best.
1. Invoice
Only for existing customers after evaluation. If you sign in with your personal login data and may order by invoice you find this payment option in step 3 of the payment process under “Select Payment Option”.
2. Credit Card & Paypal
If you already have a Paypal account you can conveniently pay via this account. If you do not yet have an account you can pay WITHOUT CREATING A PAYPAL ACCOUNT via Visa, Master Card or American Express Card.
