* For phone support we charge 160 Euro plus VAT per hour. For each call, at least 15 minutes are charged for. König&Landl customers with service contracts can use the phone support for free. The billing of the actual support times is done via invoice at the end of the month.
Online Meeting and Support
What often sounds complicated on the phone is mostly obvious after a quick look at the screen. For quick and easy support we recommend to install “TeamViewer QuickSupport” on your device before you call our hotline. Optimized for instant remote desktop support, this small customer module does not require installation or administrator rights. This is how we can provide the best support.
